Swearinger Visits Green Bay Packers

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Green Bay hosted Swearinger on Monday—perhaps looking at him as an insurance policy after Micah Hyde suffered a hip injury in Week 11's win over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com confirmed the visit.
Hyde was dealing with a bad hip entering Sunday's NFC North showdown, per SiriusXM NFL Radio's Mike Clemens.
