Did scorer get Arrieta's no-hitter wrong?

Cubs ace Jake Arrieta’s pitching performance against the Dodgers on Sunday night was masterful. The Dodgers will concede this … but they don’t think he pitched a no-hitter.

In the third inning of the game, the Dodgers’ Enrique Hernandez hit a hard ball at second baseman Starlin Castro. The ball took a short hop and Castro wasn’t able to handle it, and Hernandez made it safely to first.

Immediately, the scorekeeper at Dodger Stadium ruled it an error. But the Dodgers didn’t agree. It was a hard-hit ball and a short hop, and Castro didn’t have much of a chance at it.
