Curtis Martin spent eight seasons playing for the New York Jets, and the Hall of Fame running back had some advice for incoming rookie quarterback Sam Darnold.
"Don't believe too much, good or bad, what you read in the papers," Martin told TMZ Sports. "When I played here, I didn't read it. Whether it was good or bad, I didn't read it."
Darnold, 20, is certainly going to have a lot written about him in the coming years after being drafted No. 3 overall to become the team's future franchise quarterback.
