Cowboys to Activate Wide Receiver James Washington, per Report

The Cowboys are expected to activate wide receiver James Washington ahead of the team’s game vs. the Texans on Sunday, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports. It will be Washington’s season debut.

Washington is in his first season with Dallas after spending the first four years of his career with the Steelers. So far, Washington has accumulated over 1,600 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns in his NFL career.

As a free agent, Washington signed a one-year deal with Dallas in part to help the team fill the vacancy left by wide receiver Amari Cooper.
