Cowboys 27, Giants 26: On Verge of Inspiring Win, the Giants’ Defense Collapses

ARLINGTON, Tex. — The Giants’ offense was struggling. The incandescent Odell Beckham Jr. had largely been held in check. On defense, the Giants’ pass rush was nonexistent. A relentless Dallas attack had allowed the Cowboys to dominate the game’s time of possession.

East champions by 3 points. With resolve and resilience, the Giants were playing one of their better games on a big stage in three seasons.
