Commanders RB Brian Robinson shot multiple times, stable after attempted carjacking or robbery

Washington Commanders rookie running back Brian Robinson Jr. is stable after he was shot multiple times during a possible attempted carjacking or robbery on Sunday, police confirmed, via The Washington Post.

Robinson was shot twice just before 6 p.m. in Washington, D.C., and was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. According to the NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Robinson was shot in his lower body.

Police are searching for two juvenile suspects. Specific details regarding Robinson’s condition or the alleged carjacking are not yet known.
