Just two days after bringing in Walker Andersen on a visit and extending an offer, Colorado landed a commitment from the promising young player on Saturday.
A former UCLA Bruin and native of the Los Angeles area, Andersen is a 6-foot-8 versatile offensive lineman. While Andersen is primarily a guard, he can move out to tackle if necessary, using his 82-inch wingspan to control defensive linemen at the line of scrimmage.
Andersen didn't appear in a game for the Bruins last season, using up his redshirt season, so he'll head to Boulder with four years of eligibility remaining.
