Georgia got its first national title since 1980 on Monday night with a 33-18 win over Alabama. The Bulldogs scored 27 points in the second half after trailing the Crimson Tide 9-6 at halftime to claim the school's first title in over 40 years and become the first SEC East team to win a national championship since Florida in 2008.
