An employee of Elite Security, a company the Chargers use for security on the field at Qualcomm Stadium, was caught on video performing an act that appeared to be masturbation Sunday during San Diego's loss to Oakland.
The security guard was standing near Chargers cheerleaders at the time the video was recorded.
