If and when the Chargers relocate to Los Angeles, head coach Mike McCoy reportedly won't be going with them.
The Chargers "are almost certain" to fire McCoy following the season, his fourth in San Diego, CBS Sports reported Saturday.
Such a move would be centered on the idea that the new locale would help to attract high-profile coaching candidates, the report said, and the Chargers "are willing to explore all options, including evaluating experienced winning former coaches."
