Cleveland (AFP) - Cleveland star Kevin Love may miss the entire NBA post-season after dislocating his shoulder in the first-round series-clinching playoff win over Boston, Cavaliers general manager David Griffin warned Tuesday.
The Cavs had initially suggested that Love may recover in time to feature at some point in the postseason.
However Griffin painted a gloomy picture on Tuesday of Love's chances of being able to bounce back in time, revealing the 26-year-old center had received "extensive" damage to his shoulder.
