Los Angeles (AFP) - Roberto Castro was clinging to a one-shot lead when darkness halted play in the third round of the Sanderson Farms Championship in Mississippi on Sunday, with the rain-hit tournament headed for a Monday finish.

America's Castro was one of the few players to complete two rounds on Friday, and still topped the leaderboard with a four-shot lead over American Bryce Molder and Venezuelan Jhonattan Vegas when the second round was finally completed on Sunday.
