The Knicks star apologized and tried to explain why he didn’t join the rest of his USA Basketball teammates in their spirited rendition of Vanessa Carlton’s "A Thousand Miles" over the weekend.

Anthony blamed his apparent grumpiness during the team’s group sing-a-long on early morning hours.
"They know I don’t like early mornings," Anthony told NBA TV following Team USA's 110-66 win over Nigeria on Monday.
