Chicago (AFP) - Chicago Bulls forward Taj Gibson has undergone arthroscopic surgery to repair his left ankle, the team announced Friday, saying his estimated return to full basketball activity is about four months.
That would put Gibson, who underwent the operation Tuesday at Indianapolis, back in time for October pre-season workouts ahead of the Bulls' 2015-16 campaign.
Gibson, 29, played in 62 games for the Bulls this past season, 17 of them as a starter.
