The Milwaukee Bucks have to be wondering what the NBA playoff gods have against them.
Playing in just is third game third since since returning from a blood clot in his right calf, Milwaukee guard Damian Lillard left Game 4 of the first round series with the Indiana Pacers in the first quarter Sunday night with a non-contact injury to his lower left leg.
It's the latest in a series of postseason injuries that have plagued the Bucks over recent years.
Prior to his return to action in Game 2, Lillard had not played since March 18.
