It's safe to say Shedeur Sanders' NFL Draft weekend didn't go the way he planned. Projected as a likely first-round pick and even a potential top-10 overall selection, the Colorado quarterback fell to the fifth round. The Cleveland Browns selected Sanders with the 144th overall pick, making him the second QB the Browns selected in the draft.
Sanders now has another option on where to play, if he decides the NFL isn't for him. Per Dave Naylor of TSN, the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League added Sanders to their negotiation list.
That probably means nothing, of course.
