Who will call offensive plays for the New York Giants in 2025? Head coach Brian Daboll remains hesitant to answer that question.
Throughout the team's two-day rookie minicamp, assistant head coach and offensive coordinator Mike Kafka appeared to be in control of the communication and calling in the plays. If that's an indicator of what's to come, Daboll isn't saying.
"Good observation," Daboll told reporters when asked about Kafka.
And that was that. Daboll offered nothing else of substance as it relates to a play-caller.
That's par for the course with Daboll, who has been reluctant to name a play-caller until later in the preseason during each of his seasons as Giants head coach.
