BOSTON — After Payton Pritchard made a shot in Game 2 against the Magic in front of the visiting team bench, he glanced over for a split second before making his way back up the court. Someone was talking trash, so Pritchard had a response.
The C’s and Magic have been chippy thus far, especially after Kentavious Caldwell-Pope’s hard foul on Jayson Tatum back in Game 1. There were some more fireworks in Game 2 as tensions rose between Caldwell-Pope and Al Horford. But for Pritchard, he revealed an old friend was the one yapping away from the bench.
