Whether the Bengals actually use their cap space in the wake of restructuring contracts for several players is a different discussion. But the list of needs feels rather obvious.
Over at Bleacher Report, Alex Ballentine listed the interior offensive line and edge rusher as the top two needs in Cincinnati.
It's spot-on, too. A year removed from getting benched, Volson is one of the guys who just had his contract changed. They brought on Lucas Patrick, re-signed Cody Ford and drafted Dylan Fairchild to get a deep competition going at both guard spots.
