Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons limped into the locker during the third quarter of Wednesday’s game against the Washington Wizards.
He suffered a left knee injury and did not return.
Simmons’ MRI reportedly comes back clean
Yahoo Sports’ Chris Haynes reported from inside the bubble that Simmons wasn’t experiencing swelling or pain. He was seen in street clothes walking with a limp but without crutches or assistance toward the end of the game.
The Athletic’s Shams Charania later reported that his MRI came back clean, and he’s expected to be day-to-day.
