Chicago Bears starting quarterback Justin Fields headed to the locker room with a rib injury early in the third quarter on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens, and was ruled out of the game.
Fields' status for Thursday's game against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving is suddenly a concern in a short week. He was replaced by Andy Dalton, who was seeing his first action since Week 5 against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Bears head coach Matt Nagy had no real update on Fields' status after the game.
