However, according to SPORT, inside the Barça dressing room there is a strong consensus that the players want to earn the title by winning on the pitch themselves.
That opportunity will come on Thursday, when Barcelona face Espanyol. A victory in that fixture would secure the league title regardless of Madrid’s result, and doing it through their own merit is the preferred scenario for Hansi Flick’s squad.
