Auburn baseball locked-in a national seed on Monday, claiming the No. 4 overall seed in the 2025 NCAA Baseball Tournament. Auburn will welcome NC State, Stetson, and Central Connecticut to Plainsman Park for the Auburn Regional beginning Friday afternoon.
Auburn head coach Butch Thompson is excited for his team's draw, and hopes that Auburn fans will be treated to great baseball this weekend at Plainsman Park.
“I think we have a very well-rounded field here,” Thompson said Monday of the Auburn Regional field. “We’ve had some good fields here. I know our fans are going to get treated to another amazing field of good regional teams here at Plainsman Park.
