Oh, Gillette Stadium. What next?
The home of the New England Patriots, the team that has been accused on and off the record of just about every kind of football skulduggery, was the site of yet another controversy on Thursday night when the visiting Steelers’ headsets malfunctioned.
After the game, Coach Mike Tomlin said, “We were listening to the Patriots’ radio broadcasts for the majority of the first half on our headsets.”
It was not the first time such problems had arisen in Foxborough, he implied. “That’s always the case,” he said. “Here?” a reporter asked.
