The Kansas City Chiefs didn't lose their head coach for long. Andy Reid returned to the team Tuesday after a brief stay at the hospital, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
Reid left Arrowhead Stadium in an ambulance following the Chiefs' 30-24 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Reid, 63, was reportedly stable, and the trip to the hospital was considered precautionary.
Chiefs safety Tyrann Mathieu expressed concern for Reid, asking fans to pray for him.
Reid was released from the hospital Monday.
