It's rare, but not unheard of, for fans to name their kids after an athlete. It's rarer, and probably bordering on uncharted territory, for a coach to name his newborn son after not one but two of his former players.
That's what Alabama defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt has done with the birth of Flynt Anderson-Foster Pruitt. Yes, Anderson-Foster stands for something. The newest member of the Pruitt family was named after former Alabama linebackers Ryan Anderson and Reuben Foster.
