University of Alabama teams self-reported 19 secondary NCAA violations during the 2015-16 scholastic year, according to information posted on Alabama's athletics website Friday (via AL.com), a post that has since been removed from the university's RollTide.com site.
Coach Nick Saban's Crimson Tide football team accounted for more than a fourth of the secondary violations with five.

AL.com noted that the most interesting football violation stemmed from a trophy being "temporarily placed in an area where prospects taking an official visit would be," and that "resulted in an impermissible recruiting decoration of an area.
