Alabama may have lost this season's national title to Clemson, but the Tide is already the favorite to win the championship next year, ESPN.com reported.
Hours after Clemson rallied to beat Alabama 35-31 in a nail-biter Monday night, Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas installed Alabama as the oddsmakers' early pick to win the College Football Playoff next year.
According to Westgate, the Crimson Tide has 3-1 odds, with Florida State coming in second at 7-1. Oklahoma, Ohio State and USC follow with 8-1 odds.
Clemson comes in with 18-1 odds to repeat as national champions next year.
