PGA Championship winner Scottie Scheffler made the cut on the number this week at the 2025 Charles Schwab Challenge.
Now he's making a run at the tournament lead. Scheffler is seven under through 11 holes in his third round Saturday at Colonial Country Club and has moved inside the top five. He's at 8 under overall and is now just three shots off the lead of Ben Griffin and Matti Schmid, who have yet to tee off.
Scheffler birdied his first two holes before a trio of pars.
