With the offseason complete, it's time to hand out report cards for each AFC team's performance over the past few months:

Dolphins: They reeled in the prize of free agency, DT Ndamukong Suh, nicely revamped the wideout corps — perhaps most importantly dumping malcontent Mike Wallace and his contract — and locked up core players (QB Ryan Tannehill, C Mike Pouncey) for the rest of the decade. First-round WR DeVante Parker could be a home run, though he won't have to hit any right away — which is good in light of his foot issues.
