Adrian Peterson, Kerryon Johnson Fantasy Outlook After D'Andre Swift Concussion

Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Swift has been ruled out with a concussion.

Lions running backs coach Kyle Caskey told reporters that Adrian Peterson will be their "lead-off" running back, with Kerryon Johnson playing Swift's role.

The trio had split work for most of the season, with Peterson getting the most touches (108) coming into Week 11. Swift is the only other player on the Lions with more than 38 touches (101).
