The NFL's new league year begins at 4 p.m. ET Wednesday, which is when all of the agreed-upon deals during the legal tampering period can become official.

The quarterback carousel figures to continue with Jimmy Garoppolo and Baker Mayfield, while standout free agents such as Von Miller and Terron Armstead are still up for grabs as well.
