The 2016 Sprint Cup season has been a pretty good one so far.
We've had some split-second victories by Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards. Daytona, Martinsville, Texas and Talladega have presented drivers with everything from 1.5-mile dream events to beatin' and bangin' to out-and-out holding on by the seat of your pants as your car either flips or is involved in a multi-vehicle pileup.
Then there's Kansas. Yep. Kansas.
Don't get us wrong. The 1.5-mile track has always had the chance to bring us pretty good racing with design and set-up that resemble other tracks its size, like Charlotte.
