Samuel Womack stood in front of a group of cameras and reporters Monday with a wide smile that seemed longer than a football field.
The former Toledo cornerback had just completed his performance at the University of Toledo’s pro day, and he was more than satisfied with his showing.
“It felt good,” Womack said. “It felt like a great environment for me. This is what I’ve been training for the last few months, and I’ve been ready. I knew I was going to do it, and I did exactly that. There’s really no disappointment. I hope I left the scouts wanting to get me.
