At first glance, the Larimer Athletic Complex could pass for an NFL museum.
Just beyond the front entrance sits life-size cutouts of Toledo Rockets-turned-NFL players, a recruiting greeting that’s akin to being handed a chocolate candy bar at the gates of Hershey.
Walk up a flight of stairs and you enter a long corridor with photos of former UT players in their NFL uniforms. The setting is similar in the Glass Bowl press box, where dozens of Rockets who play professionally are celebrated.
“We have plenty of examples to put out in front of young people,” Toledo coach Jason Candle said.
