Toledo, OH – The Toledo men's tennis program will hold a banquet this Friday, Oct. 14 to honor former student-athletes from the 1965-73 teams. The banquet will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Perrysburg, OH. The banquet will be one of the many functions involved in UT Tennis' Alumni Weekend.
Every team from the 1965-73 seasons won a Mid-American Conference Championship, with the exception of the 1972 squad who was the runner-up, and this period of success is referred to as the "Dynasty Era." All eight of the Toledo men's tennis Varsity 'T' Hall of Fame inductees were members of one or more of the Dynasty Teams.
