The University of Toledo men’s basketball team defeated Eastern Michigan 64-58 on Friday night at Savage Arena in its regular-season finale.
With the win, Toledo is the No. 2 seed in next week’s Mid-American Conference tournament.
Jaelan Sanford and Spencer Littleson led Toledo (25-6, 13-5 MAC) with 14 points each, Marreon Jackson scored 13 points, and Nate Navigato had 10.
Paul Jackson paced Eastern Michigan (15-16, 9-9 MAC) with 17 points and Elijah Minnie added 15 points.
