The University of Toledo men's and women's basketball teams announced their 2019-20 non-conference schedules Wednesday.
Both the men's and women's slates are highlighted by a trip to Notre Dame to face the Fighting Irish. The men's matchup is the first meeting between the teams since a Sweet 16 matchup in the 1979 NCAA tournament, while the women will face Notre Dame for the fourth time in the past five seasons.
The Toledo men tip off the season at Valparaiso on Nov. 5, before beginning play in the Men Against Breast Cancer Invitational. The Rockets open the event with a trip to Marshall on Nov.
