The University of Toledo Varsity T Club announced Wednesday its inductees for the Varsity T Hall of Fame class of 2020.
Seven former athletes were selected:
u25a0 Kate Bean McCauley (women's volleyball, 2003-06)
u25a0 Jeremiah Detmer (football, 2011-14)
u25a0 Greg Mancz (football, 2010-14)
u25a0 Jessica Popiel Stone (women's golf, 1996-99)
u25a0 John Rudley (men's basketball, 1965-69)
u25a0 Chris Wallace (football, 1995-98)
u25a0 Inma Zanoguera (women's basketball, 2011-15).
The Varsity T Club will also honor former vice president for alumni relations Dan Saevig, who will receive the Distinguished Service Award. Former City of Toledo Mayor Mike Bell, a football player at Toledo from 1973-76, and Jeff Hepinstall, who played football from 1974-77, will each receive honorary lifetime membership awards.
