LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced its 2019 list of Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes this wek. Following up on their athletic success this past season, the Toledo softball program earned NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete recognitions after posting a 3.53 grade-point average, the 31st-highest in Division I softball. Twelve members of the team were individually named Scholar-Athletes for their efforts off the diamond.
Kaitlyn Bergman, Megan Choate, Kaitlyn Cozy, Samantha Golden, Maggie McGurk, Raelyn Nyren, Morgan Paaverud, Heather Webb, Taylor Weekly and Rebekah Yenrick added to their academic accolades after earning scholar-athlete recognition from the NFCA.
