The University of Toledo is set to welcome football players back to campus for voluntary workouts at Larimer Athletic Complex on Monday.
The Rockets will rotate groups in for workouts with limits to 10 athletes and strength coaches at a time and will alternate times and dates for players following social distancing guidelines.
Some schools welcomed student-athletes back to campus Monday after the NCAA ruled football and men’s and women’s basketball players could return for voluntary workouts June 1, while other schools have decided to delay the return of their student-athletes.
Tulsa, Toledo’s first football opponent of the 2020 season, will have its football players return to campus almost a full month later than the Rockets.
