TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo men's tennis team finished its weekend at home hosting the Rocket Invite on Sunday. The Rockets' lone match was against Northwestern Ohio.
"We had a few important team priorities for this event and we feel really good about how our players came together, competed hard, and grew this weekend," head coach Al Wermer said.
Sophomores Adam Kovac and Pawit Sornlaksup were Toledo's All-Tournament Team honorees. Kovac was 4-0 in singles play and 1-1 in doubles. Sornlaksup was 3-0 playing singles and 3-0 in doubles, winning twice while pairing with Vlad Meluta and once while playing with Krzysztof Wetoszka.
