TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's tennis team closed out its fall opening weekend with seven wins against DePaul and Chicago on the closing day of the Toledo Rocket Invite. The Rockets combined for a 19-5 record over the course of two day.
The Rockets opened the day with doubles competition against Chicago, where and partner Maddie Yergler from DePaul swept their court 6-0 for the win. and had the second win for the Rockets, winning the middle court by a 6-2 decision.
Toledo closed with doubles and singles matchups with DePaul. Duo and were the winning doubles court for the Rockets by a 6-4 decision.
