MEMPHIS — The University of Toledo women’s basketball team earned its third consecutive road victory Saturday with a 58-48 win against Memphis at Elma Roane Fieldhouse.
Senior Mikaela Boyd had 15 points, four assists, and four steals to lead Toledo (5-2). Kaayla McIntyre and Sara Rokkanen added 12 points each for the Rockets.
Rokkanen hit four 3-pointers to account for all her scoring.
As a team, the Rockets shot 38.8 percent (19-of-49) from the floor, including 33.3 percent (6-of-18) from 3-point range, and 60.9 percent (14-of-23) from the free-throw line.
Boyd scored seven points in the fourth quarter to help Toledo seal the win.
