UT clinched a share of the conference title on Wednesday with a 76-52 victory at Central Michigan. Now, the Rockets are in search of their first outright MAC championship since 2012-13.
A win at Eastern Michigan on Saturday would complete the mission.
“I hadn’t brought it up until pre-game [Wednesday], and I said, ‘Hey, if we win today, we have at least a share,’” Toledo coach Tricia Cullop said. “And I loved their response. They go, ‘We don’t want a share. We want the whole thing.
