TOLEDO, OH — Toledo opens the spring portion of its 2016-17 women's golf campaign this weekend when it travels to Port St. Lucie, FL to compete in Ball State's Sunshine Invitational. The Rockets will be competing in the event on Friday-Saturday, Feb. 10-11 at the par-72, 6,074-yard St. Lucie Trail Golf Club.
The scoring format will consist of each team fielding five players, with the lowest four scores counting for each round. Thirty-six holes will be played on Friday, with the final 18 holes taking place on Saturday. Play will begin each day with an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start and live scoring can be found at golfstatresults.
