TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's basketball team hosts Miami on Wednesday, Feb. 17 in Mid-American Conference action. Wednesday's contest is scheduled to tip at 5:30 p.m. on ESPN3.
At halftime of Wednesday's game, Toledo will honor former Rocket Latoja (Harris) Schaben as a part of Advancement of Blacks in Sports (ABIS) Historical Hidden Figures in Sports series.
A Varsity T Hall of Fame inductee, Latoja played at Toledo from 1991-94, earning MAC Player of the Year honors in 1992-93. She finished her career with 1,466 points and 833 rebounds, both Top 10 numbers at the time of her graduation.
