PORT CLINTON, Ohio – The Toledo women's golf team tied for third place on Tuesday in the final round of the Rocket Classic. Junior Macy Hanus paced the Rockets in the final round with a three-over par 75 on the par-72, 6,118-yard Catawba Island Course.
Hanus finished the tournament tied for 11th place at 16-over par 232 (80-77-75), trailing only freshman Reese Jansa. Jansa tied for seventh place at 14-over par 230 (74-73-83).
"Reese played really well in her first two rounds and is still learning how to close out an event," Head Coach Jenny Coluccio said.
