TOLEDO, Ohio - The University of Toledo women's track and field team will be traveling to Oxford, Ohio to compete at the Mid-American Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Friday-Saturday, May 7-8.
"We have been anticipating the outdoor championship since the moment the indoor season ended," said Head Coach Andrea Grove-McDonough. "We had a bitter taste after the indoor championships and have been focused on making it right ever since. We are now peaking at the absolute best time. The mood and the focus of the group has been excellent. I am anticipating great performances from our upperclassmen and gaining championship experience for some of our younger athletes.
