University of Toledo point guard Marreon Jackson tied career highs with 27 points and 10 assists to lead the Rockets to a 112-68 win over Howard on Sunday afternoon at Savage Arena.
Toledo (3-1) took care of the basketball with just 10 turnovers in the game. Jackson had 10 assists and no turnovers as the spearhead of the Rockets offense.
“We were just playing our regular game,” Jackson said. “We were focused on limiting our turnovers because we've been turning it over more than usual. We were just keying in on that and playing our regular ball.
